Setting up Netsuite for the first time
We are getting ready to begin data conversion and implementation phase. :h_a_w:
Our sales consultant suggests we just bring over a summary of transactions rather than the specific transactions themselves. If we go live in the middle of our fiscal year, I think the transactional data should come over from the start of the fiscal year. How did you do your setup of Netsuite? Data conversion is not included in the cost of our implementation and would be an "extra charge." Is this normal? My past experience with church software implementations was that data conversion is included in implementation phase. Really need some advice here. Thanks in advance.
