Print Individual Statements for customers with multiple billing addresses

We have a requirement to print individual statements based on the billing address of a customer having multiple billing addresses.

i.e. Customer A has billing address Address 1 and Address 2 (one of them is set to Default billing and it appears on the statement). When I generate an individual statement, I want it to segregate the information based on the billing address. So, I should be able to generate a statement for Customer A, Address 1 and another statement for Customer A, Address 2.

Is this possible? Any help will be appreciated.
