Budget currency change

I was wondering if there was a possibility to input budget in a diffrent currency currently, i don't have mutiple budgets feature enabled that was another question, ive  checked the suiteanswer page for ways to enable it but the feature isnt available to me for some reason, i am unable to activate even through the administrator account, was wondering what was the next course of action to enable multiple budgets to be able to have diffrent currencys
