Is there a way to automatically change Drop Ship items' Cost Estimate Type???
Hey all,
Is there a way to have NetSuite automatically change the cost estimate type for an item that has a drop ship purchase order created in a sales order to "Purchase Order Rate"?
We have a lot of items that can be stocked or dropshipped, depending on the amount of units needed, or the speed at which our customer wants them shipped. Depending on the method that we purchase them, it affects the purchase price. So, it messes up the gross margin when we can't account for the difference in "purchase order rate" and "purchase price" cost estimate types.
