UI freeze when editing date on SO/Inv - possibly AvaTax related?
A number of our folks are getting "The following page(s) have become unresponsive. . ." errors when trying to 1) save a transaction on which they've edited the date, or 2) edit the date on a transaction.
Seems the likely cause of this would be a client script, and the only one we have running is from Avalara's AvaTax bundle. (If you have this installed, the script is: AVA_Transaction_Client.)
I'm working with both NetSuite and Avalara to figure it out, but am wondering if anyone else is experience anything similar, or has any advice?
