Profitability and Landed Costs
Background:
We need to create a “Saved Search” of invoices (sales) that would show the “Profitability” of the sale. Up until few months ago we were using the invoice field “Est. Extended Cost” to calculate the profitability. Then, we started entering “Landed Costs” for the sold items. Although registering the Landed Costs (on the items receipt) correctly reflected such costs as COGS in the GL-Impact, we have not found a way to take this “extra costs” to the respective lines on the Invoices so they can later appear in the report.
Question:
1. Is there a setting we need to do in order to transfer these landed costs to the “Est. Extended Cost” column on the transaction (invoice)?
