Budgeting input should have frozen accounts column and date row

Does anyone else have this issue with budgeting?  Our employees go crazy trying to input their budgets because the account codes column and the date row on the input screens don't remain static.  So when you move over to input your numbers one can get lost very easily because you lose sight of what month you are in or what account code row you are in.  Does anyone know how to get around this?  Thanks!
