Avatax is not working on custom forms

in Accounting / ERP

AVATAX – using the NetSuite Standard forms the tax data flows from Quote to Sales Order – this is not happening when using the custom forms Does any body know how or a why? This may have something to do with the suppression of sales tax on the quotes.:h_a_w:
