Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT)

edited Jul 29, 2013 12:27AM in Accounting / ERP 1 comment

We have a fair amount of transactions that we pay online and have taken directly out of our checking account.  Also in other cases we use a "debit" card for some transactions.  All of these type transaction come directly out of our checking account and we enter in Netsuite using the "Write check" feature.
Since these are not 'real' checks we have to enter a 'dummy' check number for the transactions.

It would be nice to be able to enter the letters "EFT" in the check number field instead of making up a number.  The system would know that it was a transaction that comes directly out of the account.  Also the system would allow this code to be repeated on multiple transactions.

Howdy, Stranger!
