Statement parameters
My office manage has made a request in regards to generating statements and I am passing a couple of these on for assistance.
Certain customers, for whatever reason, do not receive statements. She would like to automatically exclude them from showing up when she runs the "Generate Customer Statements" each month. Is this possible without scripting?
She also would like for customers with credit balances to be auto-excluded from generating statements.
Statements should not generate for customers with Credit Card as terms.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
