sale pricing

in Accounting / ERP

We feature items on a flyer to our customers on a bi-monthly basis.  I would like to be able to put the sale pricing in at the beginning of the period and have it override the customers normal price on the sales order form when the sale price is lower than their normal price.

I am not sure how to do this at the moment.

Any ideas?
