Charge Tax Based on Drop Ship Location

When we drop ship a certain item from a vendor in, say, California, to a customer who live in California, we get charged sales tax.

Currently in the web store we only collect tax in Florida. Is there a way to collect California sales tax for that item when it ships to California?
