Have Fulfillment Hit Alternate COGs

In instances where we're sending out replacement parts (and not receiving back the original), or maybe sending out a sample part to a potential new manufacturer, we'd like the fulfillment to relieve inventory appropriately, but not hit COGs, or at least hit an alternate COGs that's easy to segregate.

On the sales side, we use a non-posting Discount code for 100%, so that there's no sales income entry, but I can't figure out how to accomplish something similar on the fulfillment end. Any ideas would be appreciated.
