Memorized Transaction automatically for Web Orders

Can you memorized transactions automatically on all web orders online?

Scenerio:
When a customer place an order online,
select a Checkbox in the Checkout section to place an order every month,
have memorized transactions run automatically based on checkbox = Yes.

Or does memorized transaction have to be manually setup?
Can it run from a SAVED Search of transactions?
