Posting Journals in A/R

I am trying to clear a small overpayment from a customer account by journalling the amount to a suspense account. When I save the journal, the journal shows a status of "Approved for Posting" under Customer>Sales>Transactions and the customer balance does not change.

It seems I need to post the journal. How?

I am an administrator with full posting rights and should not require approval for posting journals. I can find no steps in the help menu to tell me how to post it along to update the balance.

Any ideas?
