Price Levels Disappeared!

For some odd reason, certain price levels disappeared from sales orders and estimates. We cannot get them on the sales order dropdown for Price Level. Some are still in use, but not the essential ones, of course.

Please help! Opening a Netsuite case as well.

The price levels are visible in the Accounting list for Price Levels, and they are not inactive.

The odd thing is that the "Inactive" checkbox is locked, and reads "No" instead of being unchecked. Any ideas?
