Anyone else using RetailAnywhere?

We purchased RA well over a year ago.  This past June I reported 2 major issues that are an embarrassment for us.

When a customer used a gift card to pay a part or all of a purchase, RA still cannot figure out how to pass the gift card/certificate # to the invoice that is generated.  The transaction rings properly on the register but it leaves the invoice open by the amount of the gift card that was used.  Besides screwing up our account and open AR it also leaves the gift card as unused in NetSuite and therefor can still be used IN FULL on our web site.  We have lost approximately $1,800 so far with customers who have figured this
