Services Item Where Sell Price and Cost are a Pecentage of Subtotal

in Accounting / ERP

Hello,

I'm trying to create a services item with the following costing:

Sell price - 10 % of subtotal of items ordered
Item Defined Cost - 5% of subtotal of items ordered

A markup appears to only allow me to track the Income side, not the cost side. 

Any idea how to make this happen?
