2014 Accounting Periods Broken!!!!

On December 31st I created an Accounting Period Year for 2014 with 4 quarterly sub-periods just as I have done since we joined in 2001. 

NetSuite will not allow me to post to the 2014 quarter/year periods despite the fact that they are identical to the other previous periods except for one fact:  they appear with a grey background in the list of periods and do not have the locked or unlocked icons in Accounting Period list view.
