Changing Transaction Body Field List/Record without losing data
Hi,
We have a custom transaction field that currently uses the list/record of employee. However this list has grown to be too many recently, what I would like to do is create a new custom list with only people that need to be in the field.
At the moment we get a warning message stating "Changing this custom field type will delete all data in existing records. Are you sure you want to continue?"
Is there a way of switching this to the new custom list without losing all our historic data?
Cheers,
Johnny
