Credit Memo & Shipping
NetSuite wants to calculate shipping on all our credit memos. This doesn't make sense to me. We don't charge or refund shipping on credit memos. I have looked for a setting to turn this feature off. I worry that our returns folks will create credit memos that include a shipping cost, and credit our customers more than they are due to receive. Does anyone know a fix for this?
