Only View access to User in Employee center role
Hi,
I want to access vendor bill record in employee center role. Since user in this center cannot access directly the vendor bill, I created a custom record type (say record 1) and replicated the standard vendor bill body fields.
Now the form is available in employee center role but when viewed it comes with edit button. I tried to restrict the role in this center by providing "view" permission for this custom record, but still the edit button appears.
Query:
1. Is it possible to restrict a role in employee center to be able to only view the record?
2. If you see the list of the custom record type I have created, it comes as edit|view option. Is it possible to make it only view?
