Tax Rounding not available?

in Accounting / ERP

We only collect Sales Tax for NY and NC.  My Office Manager just came to me to see why the sales tax totals we get from Netsuite are always off a little, while in our old ERP they were almost always spot on.  She wondered if it was rounding properly.    I could not find any preference anywhere that told it to round up, down or not at all.  So I don't know how to answer her.

I did go to SuiteAnswers and found the help page which indicated that setting tax rounding preferences are not available in the UK and US.  ???
