Custom P&L for specific items

in Accounting / ERP

I have Assembly items that that I sell, which I categorized via a custom field called "compatibility".

I also have this field on non-inventory items which we use for the mould and tools for the items themselves.

Anyone know of a good way to roll these up into a P&L that includes revenue, and COGS (which would include the molds & tooling)?
