Multiple Unique Identifiers

Good Afternoon All,

I'm looking for some assistance in tracking several unique identifiers for an item.  We deal with wireless modem devices that have up to 5 separate unique identifiers.  Serial Numbers just isn't cutting it as our teams need access to all 5 data fields but we also would like a mechanism to use our bar code reader to pull all of this data from the devices bar code.

Any thoughts/suggestions?
