Disable Tax Editing for Role

in Accounting / ERP

We use the line item tax box to caculate taxes on orders.  However we have pesky users that override our tax defaults all them time.  I am looking for a way to set the field Taxable on a line item to view for a role.  Does anyone know how this can be done?
