Commission Schedules - Automate Recalc Button

in Accounting / ERP

We have some occasional transaction updates that requires us to physically hit the Recalc button on an employee's commission schedule to catch. Our company has quite a few different commission schedules so doing this manually is time consuming. Has anyone had any luck automating this?
Didn't think this could be done by workflow, but maybe script?
