Printing customer statements that includes deposits?

We have a customer script that runs every month and checks a few criteria on the customer account.  If all criteria is met, is emails them a statement.  The issue is, many of our customers have deposits on their account that don't show in the statements.  They are getting upset because they think we don't have their deposit etc...  Is it possible to customer the customer statement pdf to show the customers deposits as well?
