Chart of Accounts Foreign Currency Balance ...

Hello - Has anyone experienced having a clients Chart of Accounts Foreign Currency Balance is showing an amount when the Balance in the local currency is already zero? Were trying to take a client live since the first and after scrubbing out their test data all that's left are these balances. QA is also looking into it for the past two weeks. Also we cant find where this data is coming from. Generated saved searches and everything shows zero as it should except for these values in COA.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
