Preview Results to Select/De-Select before Email from Saved Search

Hi -
I have a Saved Search for customers who have an invoice that is overdue for more than 90 days.

I have it set to run weekly and email the result to the customer.

Is there any way we can preview the results, and de-select any customers so they don't get the email?  There may be a customer service issue or resolution in process and sending the overdue notice would not be appropriate.

Or maybe there's another way to get these letters out?
