Cash Refunds to Credit Card not working

in Accounting / ERP

As of about a month ago we have not been able to process refunds via credit card through Netsuite.  Paypal is our processor.  I have contacted them and everything is set-up correctly on their side.  I have gone into the NS set-up and it looks like everything is correct.  What am I missing?
