Saved Search Help for Trxn that contain Decimals

Can anyone help me with a saved search that I'm trying to make in which I can show all items and/or transactions where the quantity was entered in as a decimal?

We are getting Items with On Hand quantity's with decimals and I need to research which items those are and what transactions made them that way.

However, regardless of if I do an Item Search or Transaction Search anything to do with a quantity is based on number expressions (equal to, less than, greater than) and I'm looking for something that allows me to use "contains".

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!
