NetSuite POS Retail Anywhere, Not ready for prime time
We have recently switched from Onsite to Netsuite POS (formerly Retail Anywhere) It was a major mistake. But considering Suiteretail purchased onsite and then doubled our annual fees we felt it would be worth a try..
While some aspects are much better than Onsite.
Speed
Will run offline
Single transaction exchanges
Other aspects are much worse. Most of the issues revolve around a lack of true integration.
Credit Memos- They cant not be issued, Nor can they be applied
Customer history, You can not open an existing invoice from netsuite in the POS and apply a payment. That has to be done in Native netsuite.
