Customer Used Wrong Credit Card....
One of our customers used her personal credit card to place an order. We shipped the order and billed it out as a cash sale. Two weeks later she called and said she wants to use a different credit card - her company card. Does anyone have a procedure they use for handling such a situation? All we want to do is refund her original card and process the payment for the new card - all in NetSuite.
