Sales Tax Reporting

I am new to this forum and am looking for some help.  We are currently in the process of implementing NetSuite.  I cannot find a sales tax report that correctly reports non taxable sales in the correct tax group.  We do route sales in Illinois and Ohio (along with other states) and must report the taxable and non taxable sales for the tax group that our customers are located in.  Most of our sales are tax exempt.  I can't seem to find a report that shows the non taxable sales correctly. The taxable sales seem to be fine. It
