Custom Date Field not editable

Hi all,

I have a custom date field in Invoice , the date we have to call the customer to check on the payment.

I should be able to do inline editing for this field in the saved search.

But inline editing is not enabled for this field. What do I do?

I have made sure inline editing is enabled in my account

"Show in list" is enabled

Not able to find "Enable Field editing " checkbox (PLEASE TELL ME WHERE I CAN FIND THIS)

Please suggest what else could be missing.
