Commissions Bulk Authorization
We have setup our classifications (specifically department and class) as mandatory at the global level.
We are trying to authorize commissions in bulk (Transactions>Commissions>Authorize Commissions) but the screen does not have the department and class fields and when we try to authorize commissions, the process fails with the error message - "Please enter value(s) for: Department, Class" .
Our understanding is that the commissions form (individual or bulk) is not customizable, is there a way to authorize commissions in bulk in our setup?
