Fixed Asset Management: When to use Compound Assets or Parent Assets
With the new release, under FA management, you can now create Compound assets, which on the high level, appear to act like a Parent Asset. According to the User Guide, there are certain business case scenarios in which you may want to use one over the other.
* What are the major differences between compound asset and parent asset
* When would you use one other the other
* When proposing assets, can you add a proposed asset to a compound asset?
