Importing Data from Quickbooks to Net Suite

Our firm is converting from Quick books to Net Suite, we have one company in QuickBooks but need to separate transaction into four different companies when importing. What would be the most efficient way to get the transactions into Net Suite, instead of Manual entry. Please suggest.
