HELP NEEDED - Line level revenue reclassification NOT WORKING

In the process of implementing revenue commitment in my production environment I noticed that the Deferred Revenue Reclassification Account and Foreign Currency Adjustment Revenue Account fields are required fields.  I followed the set up I used in my sandbox environment where I first tested the functionality.  My sandbox environment does not require these fields to be completed.  From all of the articles I have read on the subject, I have all settings and preferences properly defined, however these accounts are still being required in production.  I would like to make sure that line level revenue reclassifications will be properly recorded,
