Revenue Recognition and Amortization journal figure not display in Income Statement

Hi,
Reference to the title. Did anyone face this issue in 2015.2? Any solution to resolve. Figure are excluded in Income Statement but for normal journal figure was reflected though permission to access Revenue Recognition Report and Amortization Report had been granted to this custom role. There is filter of Class in employee record. In custom role, Class filtered by 'Own and subordinate only'. This happened on Custom role.
