Job Fails When Proposing New Assets in FAM

Trying to Propose New Assets using FAM and the job is failing. The Processing Logs reflect the following error:

The new asset record should be created when the Propose Assets job runs, has anyone else seen this issue before? If so, how have you fixed it?
