3 Way Matching

in Accounting / ERP

Hello,

I am currently testing 3 way matching and I'm having a problem with the invoice approval workflow.

It would appear that when the item quantity and/ or item price are within the set tolerance of 5% (+ & -) then the invoice is blocking for approval. It is my understanding that this should not be happening.

Can anyone please advise.
