Manufacturing Work Order and Routing
Hi, I have a question about routing. I have setup a WO with 3 routing steps under the supply chain menu. I can see how to manage the work orders from the "Manufacturing Task Scheduler" page. It's a powerful tool for managing the WO and routing steps. The key decision is to use forward or back scheduling. Clearly, the answer depends on the business requirements. So whatever you pick determines if you can more either the first or last task. NetSuite assumes that the manufacturing process will follow the routing. But in the real world its not so black and
