How to remove intercompany balance from fianancial ratios scorecard calculations?
Hey fellow NetSuiters,
Has anyone know how to remove intercompany balance from financial ratios scorecard calculations?
Here is my situation.
I have an Interco AR under Accounts Receivables and an Interco AP under Accounts Payables. Those balances totally mess up my financial ratios scorecard calculations. For example, the formula for Current Ratio is like ({BANKBAL}+{RECEIVABLES)+(OTHERCURRENTASSET)}/({PAYABLES}+{CREDITCARDBAL}+{OTHERCURRENTLIAB}) in which Receivables include IC AR and Payables include IC AP. Basically, every ratio with Receivables or Payables is affected. Is there a way that I can remove Interco AR and AP from Receivables and Payables balances to get the correct ratio?
