Tax amnesty program!

24 states have joined a once-in-a-lifetime tax amnesty program
It’s called the Online Marketplace Seller Voluntary Disclosure Initiative from the Multistate Tax Commission (MTC).
The window to apply for relief is limited – until Oct 17.
The amnesty program forgives back-taxes, interest, and penalties for online sellers that haven’t been collecting tax in states where they should. Amnesty is available in participating states only, and applies to both sales/use tax and income/franchise tax.
This is an extremely rare opportunity to erase back tax liability and become compliant.
