Trial balance import with a different currency bank account

I am entering opening balances for a new OneWorld instance. The base currency is US Dollars, and there are two subsidiaries, one for Canada that transacts in Canadian Dollars and the other for US that transacts in US dollars.  The Canadian subsidiary has a CAD bank account and also a USD bank account.

I am looking for a recommendation about how to enter balances for the USD bank account belonging to the Canadian subsidiary. The balance for the Canadian bank account is in US currency but the associated transactions are in Canadian Dollars.
