Custom Item Options sourced from a filtered UOM list

Hi,

I'm looking to set up a custom Item Option with a dropdown of the Units of Measure relevant for the item. (see below for my reason). I found a choice for List/Record called Unit which seems to be a full list of all the possible unit (the actual units, not the unit types). I still need to filter the list by the Unit Type that is set for the item. On the other hand the Sourcing & Filtering tab->FILTER USING shows no options. Does anyone have any ideas of what may work?

The reason I'm attempting this is to offer UOM choices for my SuiteCommerce customers. SuiteCommerce does not offer UOM out of the box, and I"d like to mimic the functionality by creating this Custom Item Option. I already have code in place to update the line item quantity using the UOM data.

Howdy, Stranger!
