Credit Memo issue "You cannot apply more than your total credit"
We use an external tax engine to calculate the tax.
We have an issue when NetSuite calculated tax is less(one cent most of the times) than the tax calculated by the external tax engine.
Some credit memos when trying to edit, throw the error stating
"You cannot apply more than your total credit"
The total on the credit memo shows one cent less, but applies tab, shows the invoice amount which is a cent higher than the credit memo total.
Is there any way to resolve this issue?
