Error when saving Sales Orders

I have one user who randomly gets "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information." I have had our consultant look into it and they can't figure it out. It is only happening to one user, so I am assuming it is his computer. Just curious if anyone else has seen this. I have had him switch to a few different browsers and it happens on all/
